A versatile singing actress, Ms. Wigginton has sung with the opera companies of Portland, Connecticut, Illinois, San Jose, and Eugene - Festival Opera, Opera Barga (Italy), JPAS/New Orleans, Oakland Opera Theatre, Theatreworks, George Coates' Performance Works, American Opera Projects (New York) and many others.

She has performed as soloist at Lincoln Center in New York and with the San Francisco Symphony, Oakland East Bay Symphony, and the Sacramento Philharmonic.

Recent highlights include Oakland East Bay Symphony's concert version of Stephen Sondheim's Follies, her debut at San Francisco Symphony in Le Rossignol, conducted by Michael Tilson Thomas, the role of Nefertiti in Oakland Opera Theatre's West Coast premiere of Philip Glass' Akhnaten - called "one of the musical events of the year" by the San Francisco Chronicle - the title role in The Rape of Lucretia with San Francisco Lyric Opera and Mrs. Soames in the West Coast Premiere of Ned Rorem's new opera Our Town with Festival Opera.

Ms. Wigginton is a co-creator of the group Girlkulture and has performed at the Florence Gould Theatre for the internationally acclaimed Art Deco Exhibition at the Fine Arts Museum, as well as the DNA Lounge, Bruno's, Amnesia, the Odeon, Larkspur Café, the Purple Onion and many other venues.

Her solo act as chanteuse Wiggy Darlington premiered this year and performs in clubs and venues around the Bay Area.
